Philippe DONCHE-GAY, CEO

Philippe Donche-Gay began his work at IBM in 1982 after graduating from Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford University (California).

He joined Capgemini's Management Team in 1984 and worked to establish Capgemini Telecom & Media before being named CEO in 2001. In 2004, he was made CEO of Capgemini France, and in 2007, he was named CEO of Capgemini Western Europe. In June 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of SQLI Group.

He joined Bureau Veritas as COO in 1998. In 2013, he was made Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Division, and in 2017, he was named Executive Vice-President of the SQLI Group, a position he maintained until early 2019.

In June 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of SQLI Group.

Renaud DETCHEVERRY, SQLI International Director

Renaud Detcheverry began his career with Capgemini after finishing a Master's degree in statistics and information technology at Université Lumière Lyon II. For five years, he worked in various roles within the "Technology Services" business.

 

He joined the Deutsch Telekom company and its French subsidiary T-Systems in 2003 as manager of the French Projects & Service Centers activities at the "Systems Integration" business. He joined the SQLI group in 2010 to lead its Swiss unit and oversee the company's shift to 100 percent digital operations.

 

He became the SQLI International Director at the end of 2018, joined the Group's Management Committee, and took over responsibility for the "Commerce & Experience" activities for subsidiaries in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Spain.

Bruno LEYSSENE, Director of SQLI France and Group Operations

Bruno Leyssene, together with Alain Lefebvre and Jean Rouveyrol, was one of the group's co-founders in March 1990.

 

He assisted in the start-up of the company's R&D department and led consultancy and project management missions for major French accounts. He took over the operation of the Paris agency in the Services/Industry sector in 1995, and in 1998, he founded the Toulouse agency.

 

He was named Deputy Managing Director in January 2001, then Vice-President of the Executive Board in July 2002, responsible for the group's operational management and transformation programs.

 

He has been the Group's Chief Operating Officer since 2009.

Olivier STEPHAN, Deputy General Director for Finance

Olivier Stéphan began his career with Matra Communication after graduating from the Ecole de Commerce de Brest and earning a Master's degree from the Institut de Haute Finance. He joined Bouygues Telecom in 1995 and worked his way through the ranks to Group Management Accounting Manager. He joined the SEB group in 2005 as Management Accounting Manager, where he was also in charge of the Accounts department and eventually the Financial IT department.

 

He became Deputy Managing Director for Finance and Support Functions at Visiativ, a publisher and integrator of digital solutions, in 2015.

 

He joined SQLI Group as Deputy Managing Director for Finance in January 2020.

Claire DEPANIAN, Human Resources Director

After finishing her business studies, Claire Depanian earned a Master's degree in Human Resources. She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet before joining Capgemini in 2001 as an HR Director for a variety of companies. She subsequently transitioned to the industrial sector in 2006, when she joined Rhodia (Solvay Group), where she handled numerous worldwide HR positions, including the Shared Services Centre and the Group's Central functions.

 

She joined the Clarins Group as HR Director of Group Operations and R&D in 2014 after a year as HR Director of the Bureau Veritas France network, which she left in 2019 to become HR Director of Ogilvy Paris. In August 2021, Claire Depanian was named Head of Human Resources at SQLI Group.

Christine JULIEN, Marketing & Communications Director

Christine Julien has more than 20 years of experience in communication jobs, primarily in the digital sector, with a literary and artistic education. After working in the worldwide message industry for a while, she joined Quote Trading System (a subsidiary of Linedata), a financial software development firm, in 1990 (back office & trading room). She joined the SQLI Group in 1999, after spending three years in the fashion industry, and was given the responsibility of Internal Communications, followed by an appointment as Communications Director in 2001.

 

She was promoted to the job of Group Marketing and Communications Director in 2016 as part of activity alignment.

Eric CHANAL, VP - Director ONE ISC France / Morocco

Eric Chanal took over the supervision of the office's projects for clients in the Rhône-Alpes area after founding the Lyon office, the SQLI group's first regional office, in 1995. In 1999, he established the Swiss offices of Lausanne and Geneva, and he continued to contribute to their development until 2003.

 

He took over the management of CMMI operations in 2004, and set up and implemented a massive initiative to industrialize pre-sales, delivery, and human resources procedures across the company (People CMM).

 

Eric Chanal was given the reins of the group's consultancy business, Alcyonix, in 2007. Eric Chanal took over the Group's offshore (Rabat, Oujda) and nearshore activities three years later (Bordeaux).

 

He has also served as the Group's Chief Information Officer since 2021.
