Management Committee

The SQLI Management Committee is composed of 7 members

Philippe Donche-Gay, CEO & Chairman of the Board

Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford University (California), Philippe Donche-Gay began his career in 1982 at IBM.

He joined the Management Team at Capgemini in 1984 and helped to set up Capgemini Telecom & Media and was appointed CEO in 2001. He was appointed CEO of Capgemini France in 2004, then Capgemini for Western Europe in 2007.

In 2008, he became COO of Bureau Veritas. He was named Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Division in 2013 before becoming the Group’s Executive Vice-President in 2017 - a post he held until early 2019.

Philippe became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SQLI Group in June 2019.

Renaud Detcheverry, CEO, SQLI International

After completing a Master's degree in Statistics and IT at the Université Lumière Lyon II, Renaud Detcheverry started his career at Capgemini, where he worked for five years in different roles within the “Technology Services” entity. In 2003, he joined the Deutsch Telekom group and its French subsidiary T-Systems where he became Manager of the French Projects & Service Centre activities for the “Systems Integration” entity. In 2010, he joined the SQLI group to take charge of its Swiss subsidiary and manage the entity’s transition to 100% digital activities.

At the end of 2018, Renaud became CEO, SQLI International, joined the Group's Management Committee and started managing the “Commerce & Experience” activities for subsidiaries in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Spain.

Bruno Leyssene, COO Group

Bruno Leyssene was one of the group's co-founders in March 1990 with Alain Lefebvre and Jean Rouveyrol.

He contributed to the launch of the group's R&D activity and led consulting and project management assignments for large French accounts. In 1995, he took over management of the Paris office in the Services/Industry sector and launched the creation of the Toulouse branch in 1998.

In January 2001, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director, then, in July 2002, Vice-President of the Executive Board in charge of the operational management of the group and of transformation programmes.

Since 2009, Bruno has held the position of Group COO.

Olivier Stephan, CFO

A graduate of Brest Business School, and with a Master's degree from the Institut de Haute Finance, Olivier Stephan began his career with Matra Communication. He joined Bouygues Telecom in 1995, where he held various positions before becoming Group Management Accounting Manager. In 2005, he became Management Accounting Manager for the SEB group, and was also responsible for the Accounts department and then the Financial IT department.

In 2015, he joined Visiativ, the publisher and integrator of digital solutions, as Deputy Managing Director for Finance and Support Functions.

Olivier joined the SQLI Group in January 2020 as Deputy Managing Director for Finance.

Claire Depanian, Chief People Officer

Claire Depanian holds a Master's degree in Human Resources which she studied after taking Business Studies. She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet before joining Capgemini in 2001, where she held the position of HR Director for various entities. She then moved to the industrial world by joining Rhodia (Solvay Group) in 2006, where she held various international HR functions, including those of the Shared Services Centre and the Group's Central functions.

After a year as HR Director of the Bureau Veritas France network in 2014, she joined the Clarins Group as HR Director of Group Operations and R&D, which she left in 2019 to become HR Director of Ogilvy Paris.

Claire took over as Chief People Officer for the SQLI Group in August 2021.

Christine Julien, Marketing & Communications Director

With a literary and artistic background, Christine Julien has more than 20 years of experience in Communications, mainly in the digital sector. After a stint in the international messaging sector, she joined Quote Trading System (a Linedata subsidiary) in 1990, a company specialized in the development of financial software (back-office and trading room).

In 1999, after 3 years in the fashion industry, she joined the SQLI Group where she was initially in charge of Internal Communications and then in 2001 she became Head of the Communications Department.

In 2016, as part of the alignment of business activities, Christine was promoted to the position of Group Marketing & Communications Director.

Eric Chanal, CIO

Eric Chanal founded the Lyon office in 1995, the first French regional office of the SQLI group, and took over project management for clients in the Rhône-Alpes region. He also created the Swiss offices in Lausanne and Geneva in 1999 and contributed to their development until 2003.

In 2004, he took over the management of CMMI operations to set up and deploy a vast program to industrialize pre-sales, delivery and human resource practices throughout the group (People CMM).

In 2007, he was entrusted with the management of the group's consulting subsidiary, Alcyonix. Three years later, he took charge of the Group's offshore activities (Rabat, Oujda) then the nearshore activity (Bordeaux).

Since 2021, Eric has been the Group's Chief Information Officer.
